The 2 nd Annual Hollywood Comedy Shorts Film Festival is now in the books as it came to a fabulous and successful close. The action started with an opening night power panel which was presented in partnership with Mixknowledgy at the Adults Only club located on the world famed Sunset Strip in Hollywood.
